* * * This is review application filed for modification of order dated 27.04.2018 passed in FAO No.4169 of 2012. Learned counsel(s) for both the parties stated that FAO No.4169 of 2012 was filed against the award dated 05.03.2012 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sonipat and the same was decided by this Court on 27.04.2018. As there were two claim petitions, inadvertently, while passing the order dated 27.04.2018, the name of 'Anil' has been mentioned as 'Sandeep alias Monu' in the order dated 27.04.2018.

The same is modified.

Now, the name appearing as 'Sandeep alias Monu' in the order dated 27.04.2018 shall be read as 'Anil'. The present order shall form part of order dated 27.04.2018 passed in FAO No.4169 of 2012.
