Compliance report by way of an affidavit dated 21.08.2025 of Anupma Malik, Estate Officer-II, HSVP Gurugram has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record. As per the compliance report, the demarcation has been carried out and it has been stated that the site is clear and vacant. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners dispute the fact that the site is being cleared and states that there is some debris still lying on the site which is required to be cleared.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has pointed to the letter dated 19.08.2025 (Annexure R-2) appended with the compliance report, written by petitioner No.1 himself, stating that the petitioners have received the possession certificate from HSVP and now they are fully satisfied with the demarcation.
