(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to order dated 07.09.2019 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Gurugram in case No. MNT 643 of 2018 titled as 'Shilpi Singh and another vs. Jitender Pal Singh', whereby the petitioner has been directed to pay total interim maintenance of Rs. 5,000/- p.m. (Rs.3,000/- p.m. to respondent No.1-wife and Rs.2,000/-p.m. to the minor daughter). At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Permitted to do so.
