/ 012 The present petition has been filed seeking issuance of directions to respondent No.2 and concerned bank to unfreeze all the bank accounts of the respondents No. 3, 4 and 5 which have been unjustly frozen, without any delay and a further prayer to pass stay order on to the SARFAESI proceedings initiated by respondent No.6. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take recourse to all plea at appropriate stage.
