(Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and release the rightful medical reimbursement claim of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case he is permitted to make a fresh representation before Director Secondary Education raising the grievance as has been raised in this petition, and the same may be ordered to be decided within a specified period.

On oral request having been made by learned counsel for the petitioner, Director, Secondary Education, Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, Sector-5, Panchkula, is ordered to be impleaded as respondent no.5. Registry is directed to do the needful.

Mr. Ravinder Singh Budhwar, Addl. AG, Haryana, accepts notice and submits that in case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same will be decided by Director Secondary Education expeditiously. 6.

In view thereof, without going into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before Director Secondary Education within a period of two weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be decided by Director Secondary Education, by passing a speaking order thereupon in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receiving the representation.

In case the order is not passed within the stipulated period, the officer concerned shall pay costs of ₹50,000 to the petitioner.
