Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing of impugned order dated 08.11.2024 (P-2), whereby, petitioner was transferred from Madhuban Forensic Science Laboratory, Madhuban to Chemistry Division, RFSL Moginand, Panchkula.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, wishes to withdraw present petition with liberty to make another endeavour before the Authorities for re-consideration of her request.

Disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

Needless to say that in case such an application is moved by the petitioner before the Competent Authority within one week from ATUL SETHI 2024.11.26 13:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document -1-
