In the present petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has not been allowed to change the option for opting the revised pay-scale which benefit has already been extended to the certain other employees including his juniors and due to the said fact the petitioner is now getting lesser pay -scale than his juniors. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already raised the said grievance in the representation dated 29.02.2016 (Annexure P-8) but the same is still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner. 3.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Pankaj Middha, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and submits that in case, the representation dated 29.02.2016 (Annexure P-8) has been received in the office of the concerned authorities and the same is still pending consideration with the authorities RIYA 2023.12.11 17:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
