(Oral) The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition seeking a writ of certiorari for quashing the decision dated 30.05.2020 (Annexure P-4) passed by the Board of Directors of PSPCL, whereby the case of the petitioner to withdraw his voluntary retirement has been rejected. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the matter is being reconsidered by the Board of Directors of PSPCL and a Sub-Committee has been formed.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to take the final decision within a period of 02 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
