The petitioner seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus seeking release of 4 detenues, whose names are mentioned in Para No.4 of the petition, who are stated to be illegally detained by respondents No.6 & 7. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has, however, restricted his prayer to the extent of issuance of direction to respondent No.3 - District Magistrate, Yamunanagar.
