Lakhdata Pir & others ***** It has been brought to the notice of this Court that inadvertently by way of typographical mistake, in the title of orders dated 16.02.2018 number of the case has been wrongly mentioned as 'CM No.2481-CII of 2018 in CR No.5562 of 2017' in stead of 'CM No.2481-C of 2018 in RSA No.5562 of 2017'.

The same being a pure bona fide typographical error, stands rectified. Necessary note to this effect be given at appropriate place in the paper book.

IOIN stands disposed off.
