Learned counsel for the petitioner limits his prayer in the present petition and states that he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.3 to take necessary action on the complaints dated 26.10.2023, 15.11.2023 and 28.11.2023 (Annexures P-1 to P-3). 3.
