Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 79, dated 27.09.2024, under Section 21(C) of NDPS Act, 1985 (later on added Sections, 29, 61, 85 of NDPS Act, 1985), registered at P.S. Badali Ala Singh, District Fatehgarh Sahib.
