1. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has sent a legal notice with regard to grant of higher pension in terms of the revision of grade of the petitioner's pay scale.

2. Learned counsel for the State has no objection if this case is disposed of with directions to the authorities to decide the legal notice and pass a speaking order.

3. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of with direction to the concerned respondents to decide and pass suitable orders. If the petitioner is found to be eligible to be granted higher pension in terms of the Government notification dated 29.10.2021, the same shall be released.
