RA-CR-105-CII-2018 (O&M) Applicant-petitioner has filed the instant review application seeking one year time to vacate the demised premises. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that this review application has been rendered infructuous as possession of the demised premises has already been taken.

Revision petition filed by review applicant was dismissed on 02.04.2018 on merit, as such, I find no reason to allow the instant application, which has also been rendered infructuous as possession of the demised premises has already been handed over by review application to respondent-landlord.
