As per the Office report, notice remains unserved as no such person was found residing at the given address. There is no other address available with the Court for effecting service on the appellants except for the one mentioned in the memo of parties as well as in the award passed by the Tribunal concerned.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present application for non-prosecution. 3.
