1. The petitioner has prayed for grant of his pension and other pensionary benefits, and submits that there is no impediment in stopping his pension; there is no criminal case registered against him nor there is any departmental enquiry pending against him. In view thereof, he submits that the petitioner has submitted representation to the authorities for releasing pension and other retiral benefits, but the same has not been done.

2. It is also submitted that the petitioner has already submitted his pension papers.

3. Keeping in view above and considering that the petitioner was holding a post which is pensionable, the respondents are obliged to release pension to the petitioner.

4. Representation in this regard having already been filed, learned counsel for the respondents/State does not object if the respondents are directed to decide the representation.

5. Keeping in view aforesaid, respondents are directed to decide the representation, and if the petitioner is found to be eligible and there is no impediment to release his pension, same shall be released forthwith within a period of one month.
