The instant application has been filed seeking withdrawal of the writ petition, which is otherwise fixed for 18.03.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition so that the work of the Committee of the respondentSociety does not suffer. The application is duly supported with an affidavit of the applicant-petitioner.

Learned State counsel does not dispute the prayer made in the application.

In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed. The main case is preponed from 18.03.2024 and taken on Board of this Court for hearing today itself.
