(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated 23.09.2019, passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhaina, in a proceeding under Section 125 Cr.P.C., whereby the petitioner-husband was directed to pay interim maintenance @ Rs.30,000/- per month to the respondent-wife from the date of filing of the main petition till final disposal of the same. On the last date of hearing i.e. 06.11.2024, following order was passed by this Court:- "Challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated 23.09.2019, passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhaina, in a proceeding under Section 125 Cr.P.C., whereby the petitioner-husband was directed to pay interim maintenance @ Rs.30,000/- per month to the respondent-wife from the

CRR(F)-1112-2019 (O&M) - 2date of filing of the main petition till final disposal of the same.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, despite the case having been called twice. Since, the matter pertains to the year 2019, therefore by now, the main petition may have been decided by the learned Family Court, concerned, rendering the present revision petition as infructuous.

Let a report be called from the Family Court, concerned in this regard by the next date of hearing. Adjourned to 11.12.2024."

In compliance of above order dated 06.11.2024, learned Additional Principal Judge Family Court, Ludhiana, has submitted his report dated 30.11.2024 duly forwarded by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, which reads as under:- "...... the Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court in Criminal Revision (F) 1112 of 2019 titled as "Jasvir Singh Dhillon Vs Jagvir Kaur Grewal" pending for 11.12.2024 was pleased to direct that a report be sent regarding the status of the petition under section 125 Cr.PC titled as "Jagvir Kaur Grewal Vs Jasvir Singh Dhillon" bearing no. MNT/46/2019.

It is most respectfully submitted that petition under section 125 Cr.PC titled as "Jagvir Kaur Grewal Vs Jasvir Singh Dhillon" bearing no. MNT/46/2019 was partly allowed ex-parte on 16.08.2022 by my Ld. Predecessor. Report is hereby submitted."

In view of the same, nothing survives in the present petition and the same stands disposed of, as infructuous.
