******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite directions in the order dated 02.09.2019 passed in CWP No. 23671 of 2019 in presence of learned State counsel, no further action has been taken so far. Mr. Aditya Sharda, A.A.G., Punjab, has put in appearance on behalf of the State and submits that a speaking order dated 03.01.2020 has been passed whereby representation made by the petitioner has been disposed of. Copy of the order has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Keeping in view the fact that the order dated 02.09.2019 has been complied with, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail other legal remedies available to the petitioner against the order dated 03.01.2020.
