**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking quashing of order dated 14.12.2019 (P-4) issued by respondent No. 2 whereby he has been transferred from o/o Horticulture Development (Ext) Fatehabad to o/o Deputy Director Horticulture GDC, Bhuna Fatehabad against a vacant post.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the transfer of the petitioner is against transfer policy (P-3) and there is no complaint pending against the petitioner. The petitioner is a class IV employee and has grown up children studying in the college.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner at length, no ground is made out to interfere in the impugned order, as the transfer is in Fatehabad only from one place to another.

Dismissed.
