The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.207 dated 17.05.2019, registered under Sections 302, 120-B and 34 IPC and Sections 25, 54 and 59 of Arms Act, at Police Station City Jhajjar, District Jhajjar. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. 3.
