The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 16.12.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-33448-2024, whereby without commenting on the merits of the case, direction was issued to the respondents to decide the legal notices dated 13.10.2024 and 14.10.2024.

In compliance of the order dated 16.12.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-33448-2024, short reply by way of affidavit dated 14.01.2026 of Kamaljeet Singh, General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Kaithal, along with speaking order dated 19.09.2025 passed by him, has been filed on behalf of respondent No.5 as Annexure R-1 in the Registry. The same is taken on record.

In view of the above, since order dated 16.12.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-33448-2024, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 5.

Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioners to avail remedy as is available to them in accordance with law to challenge the speaking order dated 19.09.2025 (Annexure R-1) passed by the General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Kaithal.
