RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of directions to respondents No.4 to 5 and 7 to stop the illegal construction activity as ordered by respondent No.3 after inquiry, being carried out by respondent No.6 and further to direct respondents No.3 to 7 to stop the illegal construction going on in the said area layout of which has already been cancelled/revoked by respondent No.3 and direct respondent No.3 to take necessary action to stop the illegal construction activity which they are not taking any action against under the influence and political pressure of respondent No.6 inspite of this construction activity being ordered to be revoked by respondent No.3. It is further prayed to issue directions to MEENU 2024.05.16 09:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document remove/demolish the illegal construction already made by respondent No.6.
CWP-457-2020 (O&M) -2It is also prayed to direct respondents No.1 and 2 to hold an independent enquiry against the guilty officers in connivance with whom respondent No.6 is carrying on this illegal construction activity and who are not stopping this illegal construction activity.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to seek alternative remedy as available to her in accordance with law.
Allowed as prayed for.
