(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.126 dated 27.03.2018 registered under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Baldev Nagar, District Ambala, Haryana.

On instructions from S.I. Om Parkash, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 15.01.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
