(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to re-issue the passport of the petitioner, which is going to expire on 29.07.2025. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the passport of the petitioner is under preparation and the same would be released to the petitioner shortly, preferably within a period of two weeks from today.

Keeping in view the aforesaid stand taken by learned counsel for the respondents, the present writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. 4.
