The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking direction to the respondents to grant officiating allowance from 01.01.2021 to 19.07.2021. 2.
The petitioner during 01.01.2021 to 19.07.2021 worked as Branch Incharge which was upgraded and could be managed by a Scale III officer. The petitioner managed the branch, however, she was granted benefit of Scale II.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner, at this stage, would be redressed, if the respondents are directed to decide legal notice dated 29.07.2023 (Annexure P-6) in a time bound manner.
