The present application has been filed for withdrawal of the main appeal (RSA-3795-2023) on the ground that the parties have compromised the matter.

None has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent till now and since the present application is for simpliciter withdrawal of the main appeal, there would be no requirement for issuing notice to the respondent. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the applicant-appellants, the main appeal is taken on Board today itself.
