Through the instant revision petition, the petitioner has assailed the order dated 08.11.2019, whereby, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohtak, has allowed the petition, as filed by the respondent under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C., and, has directed the petitioner to pay Rs.4,000/- per month, as maintenance, to the respondent. 2.

At the very outset, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, since the matter stands compromised inter se the parties concerned, therefore, the instant petition is rendered infructuous. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
