Present petition has been filed under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. for cancellation of regular bail granted to accused/respondent No.2 by this Court vide order dated 12.07.2019 (Annexure P-3) in case bearing FIR No.9 dated 28.01.2019, under Sections 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, P.S. Bhaini Mian Khan, District Gurdaspur.

When this Court was not inclined to entertain the prayer made in the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the same.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
