Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks quashing of Complaint bearing No.COMA/156/2019 (Annexure P8), titled as "Baljinder Singh V/s Gurwinder Singh", and, of summoning order dated 10.05.2019 (Annexure P9).

Since the summoning order (Annexure P-9) was passed in the year 2019 and now the complaint (supra) is listed for arguments before the learned trial Court concerned, therefore, at this stage, neither this Court is inclined to interfere in the matter, nor deems it appropriate to grant the asked for reliefs (supra).

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed, however, as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted to the petitioner to, at an appropriate stage, raise all the pleas and claims, as raised herein, before the learned trial Court concerned.
