(Oral) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.99 dated 02.09.2025, registered under Section 52 of Punjab Canal and Drainage Act, 2023 and Section 324(3) of BNS (Sections 125, 351(3) of BNS and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act added later on) at Police Station Bajakhana, District Faridkot. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the order dated 30.09.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required for further investigation of the case.

Learned State counsel, on instruction from assisting police official, corroborates the said averment and submits that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required for the purpose of investigation. 4.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
