MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) This is the second petition filed by the petitioner seeking the concession of anticipatory bail in FIR No.77 dated 21.07.2023 under Sections 21, 22, 25, 29 of the NDPS Act and Section 25 of the Arms Act registered at Police Station Sudhar, District Ludhiana Rural. 2.

The previous petition seeking similar relief came up for hearing as recently as on 04.10.2024, wherein the following order was passed: "After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press the instant petition.

Dismissed as not pressed."

Since, the learned counsel has miserably failed to bring to the notice of this Court any material change in circumstances, no ground is made out to entertain the instant petition. 4.

Dismissed.
