[1] The writ petition has been filed, inter-alia, with the prayer to quash Circular No.01/2019, dated 02.05.2019 issued by the respondent No.2.

[2] Learned counsel for the petitioner has further prayed that he may be allowed to appear before the competent authority in this matter today itself.

[4] Mr. Sourabh Goyal, Advocate who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-Union of India. Copy of paper book has already been supplied to the counsel. CWP No.390 of 2020 -2this Court in CWP No.141 of 2020 titled as M/s Photofax System Vs. Union of India and others decided on 07.01.2020 and the same is pending before the competent authority today. The Revenue would have no objection if the petitioner appears before the competent authority in this matter also.
