NIDHI GUPTA J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuing direction to official respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police (Rural), Ludhiana to take action against private respondents No.5 to 10 as per complaint (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage limits his prayer and submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police (Rural), Ludhiana, to consider and take a final decision on representation (Annexure P-1) made by the petitioner in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

Mr. Kunwarbir Singh, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State and submits that he has no objection in case the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage, is accepted.
