(Oral) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the compromise has been effected between the parties on the basis of the Memorandum of Understanding, executed between the parties on 06.09.2025, copy whereof has been supplied, which is taken on record.

On the basis of the said compromise, Demand Draft No.506275 dated 06.09.2025, for an amount of Rs.25,00,000/-, has been handed over by the counsel for the respondent to the counsel for the petitioner today. In view of the same, counsel for the petitioner submits that she does not want to pursue with the present revision petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.

Ordered accordingly.

However, the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the compromise, so reached.
