Dated Police Station Sections 18.09.2024 Sector-39, U.T.Chandigarh 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC The petitioner incarcerated in the FIR captioned above had come up before this Court under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, [BNSS], seeking regular bail.

 Counsel for the complainant opposes the petition on the ground that criminal antecedents of the petitioner have been concealed. 3.

However, petitioner's counsel submits that inadvertently it was a bona fide mistake that criminal antecedents were not mentioned. He further submits that he wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars and prayed for exemption from filing fresh power of attorney. 4.

Given above, present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty to file fresh and there is no need to file fresh power of attorney as power of attorney filed in this petition shall suffice. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
