The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 170 dated 07.06.2023 under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station City Kharar, District SAS Nagar Mohali, Punjab. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon the order dated 24.11.2023, whereby, another accused-Jaspreet Kaur has been granted the concession of regular bail in the present FIR. 3.
Mr. Ankush Rampal, Advocate has put in appearance and files his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No. 2 in Court today, which is taken on record and does not deny the fact that the compromise has been effected between the parties.

In light of the above and considering the fact that the trial is likely to take long time, therefore, no useful purpose would be served by PARUL 2023.12.20 10:00 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document keeping the petitioner in custody and hence, the petitioner is granted the
2023:PHHC:163426 CRM-M-62336-2023 concession of bail, however, in case, any other party has any relief with regard to the alleged forgery committed by the petitioner, the same shall not be affected by the grant of this concession.

Without commenting upon the merits, the present petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate, concerned. He shall, however, be released on the following conditions:
1. The petitioner shall declare his ordinary place of residence and the mobile number used by him.
2. He will not switch off his mobile and in case of any technical glitch, he has to give an alternate number, which will be available in his absence.
3. He will mark his presence before the SHO concerned, after every 15 days and in case the SHO refuses to mark his presence, he is permitted to make an application before the Illaqa Magistrate, concerned.
4. He will not leave the country without the prior permission of the Court, for which he will submit the copy of his passport also. The petitioner shall abide by the terms and conditions as imposed in addition to Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

It is made clear that, in case, the petitioner is found involved in any such activity once again, the present concession granted shall be considered for being withdrawn.
