(Oral) It appears from the written statement that the Registrar General of Societies, Haryana has passed an order dated 22.07.2021 on the basis of Section 54 of HRRS Act, 2012. The issue is still pending since 28.08.2019. In the fitness of things, it would be appropriate to direct the respondent No.2 to dispose of petition dated 28.08.2019 under Sections 52/54 of HRRS Act, 2012 on merits, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
