Challenge in the present Criminal Revision Petition is to the impugned order dated 21.09.2019, whereby the appeal under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, (for short 'the DV Act') has been partly allowed and the petitioner has been directed to pay a sum of Rs. 5,000/- per month to the minor child while modifying the order dated 05.01.2018 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Rewari, under Section 12 of the DV Act.

In view of the decision given by this Court in CRM-M-580232023, titled Gautam Singal vs. Anuj Singal, decided on 30.11.2023, as also a judgment of the co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in CRM-M-195532023, titled Jaspal Kaur alias Pinki and others vs. State of Punjab and others, decided on 24.04.2023, the present Criminal Revision Petition is not maintainable since no order has been passed which is criminal in nature. 3.
Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed being not maintainable.
