RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2, 4 and 5 for handing over the investigation of case FIR No. 1015 dated 28.10.2017 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506 IPC at Police Station Saran, District Faridabad to respondent No. 3State Crime Branch, Faridabad or to some other independent agency. Briefly, petitioner has been cheated by respondents No. 6 and 7 for a sum of ` 85,59,125/-, misusing six cheques issued to them by him as security cheques, on the false pretext of getting sanctioned his limit to run his business smoothly. FIR (Annexure P-1) in this regard was registered on 28.10.2017, but the police has not taken any action against respondents No. 6 and 7 and is sitting over on the matter, for the reasons RISHU KATARIA 2020.03.16 16:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document best known to them.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, respondents No. 4 and 5 are directed to hand over investigation of this case along with all relevant documents to respondent No. 3-State Crime Branch, Faridabad, which shall conclude the investigation in the aforesaid FIR, within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The instant petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
