A statement made on behalf of the appellant that in full and final satisfaction of his claim, an amount of Rs.4,25,000/- (Rupees Four Lac Twenty Five Thousand only) over and above the amount awarded by the tribunal be awarded and be disbursed to appellant, having been accepted on behalf of the insurer of the offending vehicle, the appeal is disposed of with a direction to the insurer to deposit with the office of the Lok Adalat a cheque in the sum of Rs.4,25,000/- (Rupees Four Lac Twenty Five Thousand only) favouring appellant-Satnam Singh within six weeks from today, failing which the amount hereby awarded shall carry interest @ 9% per annum from the date of this order till payment thereof.

The cheque so deposited may be collected by the above-named appellant or the counsel representing the appellant against proper receipt. Miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of. A copy of this order be made available to each of the appearing counsel, and file be consigned.
