By way of present petition filed under Sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, prayer has been made for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent on account of alleged willful non-compliance of order dated 28.04.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-3482-2020. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that upon demarcation, eviction order has been passed and even the execution proceedings are going on to be followed by issuance of warrants of possession against the alleged unauthorized occupants and the proceedings shall be culminated in due course.

At this stage, Mr. Vinay Bajaj, Advocate appearing on behalf of alleged encroachers, submits that eviction order has already been assailed before the Appellate Authority and the same is pending consideration. 4.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be called for.
