(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case bearing FIR No.66, dated 04.06.2025, under Sections 115(2), 331(6), 324(4), 351(2), 191(3), 190 BNS Act, 2023 but later on reduced only Sections 331(6), 324(4) of BNS, 2023 vide Rapat No.16 dated 24.08.2025 registered at Police Station Sadar Jalalabad, District Fazilka.

Vide order dated 01.10.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioners were directed to join the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that pursuant to order dated 01.10.2025, petitioners have joined the investigation and as such their interim bail may be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions has affirmed the fact that the petitioners have joined the investigation and they are no more required for SONIA BURA 2026.01.16 10:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of the above, interim order dated 01.10.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
