******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Perusal of the file shows that respondents have written letters dated 21.06.2019 and 03.10.2019 to the petitioner, which have not been responded by him.

Vide letter dated 21.06.2019, petitioner was apprised that despite repeated reminders no. 601 dated 03.05.2019, 637 dated 21.05.2019, 679 dated 14.06.2019 and 690 dated 18.06.2019, he has not submitted the requisite documents in support of his claim. The petitioner was also apprised that the data in his letter dated 01.03.2019 does not match with record of the office and he has not apprised as to whether he has removed the discrepancies found in his work. The aforesaid letters have not been responded by the petitioner.

In view of above, it is required that petitioner be first directed to respond to letters dated 21.06.2019 and 03.10.2019, which find reference in Annexure P-4, before filing petition seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against respondents.

This petition is disposed of with direction to petitioner that before filing such petition he will reply to letters written to him by the Department from time to time and also submit required information and documents to respondents.
