At the last date of hearing, this Court while noticing that respondent No.2-Neeta Rani had appeared in person but the petitioner had chosen not to appear and while also noticing that the petitioner, despite having been directed to appear before the District Judge at Patiala on 26.7.2019, had not turned up on the said date, had directed the petitioner to pay an amount of `10,000/- to respondent No.2-Neeta Rani However, since neither the said amount has been paid and nor the counsel for the petitioner has any instructions in the matter, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
