Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 27.08.2019 passed in CWP-22684-2019, respondent No.5 was directed to examine the claim of petitioner against the backdrop of legal notice dated 20.07.2019 within a period of eight weeks. Speaking order (Annexure P-3) was passed rejecting the claim of the petitioner on the ground that he has not supplied details of accounts of total claimed amount and also the variation statement of the work of Dhandial, which was required to be got approved from the competent authority. The petitioner has now supplied the required information vide reply dated 24.11.2019. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to the Executive Engineer, Water supply and Sanitation Division, Sangrur to look into reply dated 24.11.2019, apprise the petitioner of the order passed on it and the petitioner, if not satisfied with the order, will avail the legal remedies available to him.
