(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the salary/benefit of the post of SSA (Sub Station Attendant) along with consequential benefits of fixation/re-fixation of pay, arrears thereof along with interest from the due dates. Further prayer has been made to direct the respondents to prepare the seniority list of SSAs and assigning the petitioner proper place therein in accordance with the date, he was posted as SSA against the vacant post during 2015 as the respondents have miserably failed to take any action within parameter of the law.
