Seeking quashing of FIR capƟoned above, the peƟƟoners have come up before this Court under SecƟon 482 CrPC.

At the outset, counsel for respondent No.2 submits that charges have been framed on 24.05.2024 and the same has not been challenged by the peƟƟoners. Once a judicial order has been passed framing the charges, that judicial order must be explicitly challenged.

Given above, the present peƟƟon is disposed of with liberty to challenge the charges. The Ɵme for which the present peƟƟon is pending before this Court shall not be counted for the purpose of limitaƟon. All pending applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed.
