After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take appropriate remedies as available to him under law. 2.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.

All the contentions raised in the present petition are kept open to be raised before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 4.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the liberty granted, if any, is only on the request of the counsel for the petitioner and is not a direction. 5.

It is made clear that filing or pendency of this petition or any order/direction passed in this petition shall not be an alibi or defence to the petitioner, in case, he is found involved in any illegal activity and the respondent-Authorities shall take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
