(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the order dated 12.12.2023 and order dated 12.03.2024 (Annexure P-7 and P-8, respectively) passed by respondent No.2, dismissing the petitioner from service. Further prayer has been made to stay the operation of order dated 12.03.2024 (Annexure P-8) passed by respondent No.2.

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same after disposal of the criminal appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of conviction.
